1: In order to safeguard the legitimate rights of schools, teachers and students and to regulate the school-running behaviors, this Constitution is formulated in accordance with the Constitution, the Education Law, the Teachers Law, the Regulations on School-running of Social Forces and the actual situation of the school.

2: Schools consistently implement the educational policy of "persisting in Education Serving Socialist modernization, serving the people, combining production, labor and social practice, cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness" formulated by the State, so as to improve the quality of the whole nation and contribute to the cultivation of qualified personnel for the needs of society.

3: Schools follow the requirements of "running schools independently and improving the quality of education" put forward by the state to private schools, strive to develop our own characteristics, continuously improve education quality and obtain good social reputation.

4: Schools belong to Zhejiang Yuying Education Group. The assets of schools are owned by the group, but they are managed under the dual leadership of the education group, the HEDA government and the education administration department which also provide qualified personnel for all kinds of schools or societies of the country.

5: This Constitution is the highest code of conduct of Hangzhou Experimental Foreign Language School (Primary School).
